I recently stayed at Le Bailliage Hotel & Spa for three nights during my visit to Salers. The location was perfect, tucked inside the village and provided easy access to free parking. Marie, the receptionist, was exceptional - friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, with a cozy bar and beautiful terrace. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the meals were served in a gracious manner. The pool was a great bonus on a sunny day.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We loved the tasteful and stylish decor of the hotel. The dining room was particularly beautiful, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a glass of champagne before our meals, which was a great touch. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as we were able to easily explore the charming town on foot. the friendly reception staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
The lack of air conditioning in the hotel meant that the circulation system created quite a bit of noise, which disturbed our sleep. We also found that the parking was quite a distance from the hotel, which was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel had two nice features such as a pool and comfortable beds. it was conveniently located near local attractions such as hiking trails and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast was extremely disappointing, with a limited selection of food and dirty tables.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and had a cool, modern bathroom design. The hotel's location in the center of town made it incredibly convenient for exploring Salers. The check-in process was welcoming and efficient. We loved that we had the option to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the hotel's restaurant. Although we didn't get to use them due to the rain, it was great to know that the hotel offered amenities like table tennis and bike rentals. And to top it all off, we had a great night's sleep. The free parking right next to the hotel was a huge plus as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing - it was perfect! 😊

This hotel is centrally located with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathroom is clean and features up-to-date fixtures. The service is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. The peaceful view from the window adds to the charm of the stay. The gardens and pool area are a great place to relax and unwind.
The lack of air conditioning can make the rooms uncomfortable during hot weather.

Chambre Violette at the Bailliage
The value for money at this hotel was excellent. We got a lot for what we paid.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, which wasn't always on top of keeping the food replenished.
